Customer Care

Our policy lasts 30 days.  If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.  To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

We only replace or refund items if they are defective or damaged.  Should, however, the exact item not be available for replacement, we offer an alternate product of equal value or a refund.  We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind about the item. A refund is only appropriate if the item:

  • is unsafe
  • is significantly different from the description
  • doesnt do what we we said it would, or what you asked for and can’t be easily fixed
  • is faulty or damaged

To return your product, you should contact us at shop@atthecupboard.com, and mail the item to @ THE CUPBOARD RETURNS, 435 MACQUARIE STREET, SOUTH HOBART, TAS   7004.  You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item – for items over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service.
